Giggly 1. About these terms
These terms apply to Giggly Learn (gigglylearn.com, the web app and the Android app), run by Ubhi Enterprises, 1314, Phase 11, Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab 160062. By creating an account or using Giggly Learn, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Giggly Learn offers learning games for children aged 3 to 5. Eight games are free. Premium unlocks all games for the period you pay for.
3. Accounts
- Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the account and how the child uses it.
- Please give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- Guests can play the free games without an account, but their progress is not saved.
4. Premium plans and payment
- Monthly: ₹99 for 30 days of premium access.
- Yearly: ₹999 for 365 days of premium access.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Access ends when the period ends, and you can buy again at any time. Buying before your plan ends adds the new days on top of the days you have left.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Premium is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- We may change prices in future. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse Giggly Learn: for example, by trying to unlock premium without paying, interfering with the service, copying or reselling its content, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Our content
The games, text, voice recordings, designs and logo belong to Ubhi Enterprises or are used under licence. Some pictures are Microsoft Fluent Emoji, used under the MIT licence. You may use Giggly Learn for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Giggly Learn available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or retire games over time.
9. Liability
Giggly Learn is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Giggly Learn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mohali, India.
