1. Who we are
Giggly Learn (the website gigglylearn.com, the web app at gigglylearn.com/app and the Giggly Learn Android app) is run by Ubhi Enterprises, 1314, Phase 11, Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab 160062 ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, email jasper.qat@gmail.com.
2. Children and parents
- Giggly Learn is designed for young children to use with, or under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
- Only a parent or guardian (18 or over) can create an account. Account and payment screens sit behind a "grown-ups only" check.
- By creating an account, the parent gives consent for us to process their child's information as described here, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- We do not track children's behaviour across other sites or apps, show them targeted advertising, or use their information for any purpose other than running Giggly Learn.
- Children can play the free games as a guest without an account. Guest play saves nothing on our servers.
3. What we collect
- Parent account: email address and password (the password is stored securely by Google Firebase Authentication, and we never see it). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name, email address and profile picture.
- Child profile, entered by the parent: a first name or nickname, age, and a chosen animal buddy. Parents may optionally upload a profile picture; we suggest using a picture that does not show a child's face.
- Game progress: scores, stars and number of plays for each game.
- Subscription: the plan bought, when it expires, and the Razorpay payment and order IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Technical information: our hosting and database providers process standard information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the service.
We do not use advertising, analytics trackers or tracking cookies. The app stores a few small items on your device (for example, your sign-in session and onboarding answers) so it works properly.
4. How we use information
- To create and run your account and your child's profile.
- To save game progress and show your child's scores.
- To provide premium access and process payments, and to prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run Giggly Learn for us, and only what they need:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database and server functions.
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Google Fonts: the website's fonts, which are loaded from Google's servers.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users. We never sell personal data.
6. Where information is stored
Information is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside India. Our providers protect it with industry-standard security, including encryption in transit.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and profile information while the account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records, which we must keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your or your child's information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. You can change your child's name and picture in the app's Profile screen. For anything else, including deleting your account, email jasper.qat@gmail.com from your account's email address. Withdrawing consent means we will delete the account and your child will no longer be able to use premium features.
9. Security
Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication, payments are checked on our server before premium is unlocked, and our database only lets each family read and change their own profile.

If we make important changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date, and tell account holders by email or in the app.
